Preparation Ingredients for 1 or 2 people :
Standard measuring (1s)=10ml, (0.5s)=5ml, 1cup = 200ml
Samgyetang (chicken soup with ginseng)
1 Serving or 2 servings
Main Ingredients :
(1 head) Chicken, 10 cups of water
Sub Ingredients :
(1/3cup) glutinous rice, (5s) jujube, (5s) ginseng, (9pcs) garlic, (3p-10cm each)kalopanax
Seasoning :
salt, black pepper, chopped green onion, sesame seed
Samgaetang is especially health food during the hot summer season in Korea. ^^

1. Prepare the (1head) chicken after get rid of chicken oil and rinse with water
(pullet is for 1, large size chicken is for 2 servings)

2. Add (1/3cup) glutinous rice, (5s) jujube, (2s) ginseng in the chicken as
make cuts in the chicken and cross chicken's legs.

3. Put chicken with (9pcs) garlic, (3p-10cm each) kalopanax
(3s) ginseng and 10 cups of water and boil for 1 hours at least.
[you can skip kalopanax and ginseng, it is possible to add yellow flag.]
