Seasoning :

(3s) water, (1s) glutinous rice powder

1. Branch the brackens in a boiling water and And rinse it with cold water.
divide brackens which squeezed to dry into three equal parts

2. Add (3s) soy sauce, (1s) chopped green onion, (0.5s) chopped garlic,
(0.5s) sesame seed , (0.5) sesame oil, (4handful) brackens
and mix well in a mixing bowl.

3. stir-fry brackens in (1s) cooking oil with middle heat

4. Add (100ml) water and covered with middle heat to steam boiled.
