Chicken gal bi was started from Chuncheon in Kangwon-do, Korea.
It was grilled on a charcoal from the beginning but
we are using a frying pan from 1970's.

1. Add (4s) gochujang(chili pepper paste), (2s) nicely aged soy sauce,
(4s) cooking wine, (2s) sugar, (1/4p) onion juice, (1/8p) apple juice,
(2s) chopped garlic, (0.5s) chopped ginger, (2s) red pepper powder,
(1s) curry powder, (0.5s) black pepper powder, (1s) sesame seed,
(1s) sesame oil to make marinade.

2. Add (1head = 700g) chicken with marinade and mix well.

3. Add and saute withj cooking oil and marinated chicken.

4. Add (8handful) Korean cabbage, (1/2p)onion and (1head) green onion to finish.
